Why are we sooo ready to go from zero to one hundred real quick! What truly makes you angry?

I have learned from my short twenty-eight years of life that when you are sooo quick to become angry there is no love in your heart. Be slow to anger and make today your day! You never know what is going on in someone else’s life besides yours. Let’s look into the mirror and take a deep thought and realize that it is not all about us. Be slow to anger and slow to speak and guard our hearts because everything flows from it.
